Shipping policy

We strive to have the jewelry in your hands as soon as possible. Please allow 5 business days for standard order processing of in-stock pieces. We will notify you by email should it take longer for any reason. Order processing times for customized pieces, special orders, and pre-orders will vary on a case-by-case basis depending on the piece and the customization required--we will communicate the timing of such orders within 48 hours that the order is placed.

To ensure your pieces reach you safely, we offer expedited, insured shipping on all orders for a fee of $35 for all orders below $5,000 in the U.S. after all applicable discounts and before any taxes are applied. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes. 

We offer complimentary delivery for all orders above $5,000 in the U.S. after all applicable discounts and before any taxes are applied. Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.
